Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of DeckLive (the “Service”), operated by Flow 88 Gestão de Activos, Lisbon, Portugal. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
The service
DeckLive is a read-only dashboard that monitors your MetaTrader trading accounts and sends alerts based on configurable thresholds. We do not place trades, we do not provide trading advice, and we are not a broker. DeckLive is a software-as-a-service tool for personal account management.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Some prop firms have additional age restrictions; you are responsible for ensuring you meet your broker's and prop firm's requirements. DeckLive is not available where prohibited by law.
Account registration
You must provide an accurate email address and create a strong password. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use.
Subscription plans and trial
DeckLive offers Starter (3 accounts), Pro (15 accounts) and Team (30 accounts) subscriptions, billed monthly or annually. New users receive a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the price displayed on decklive.io. Anti-abuse: one trial per device and per IP.
Billing and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically on the same day of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial periods, except as required by EU consumer law.
Refund policy
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, exercisable by emailing [email protected]. If you have not yet used the service materially (no MetaTrader account connected, no snapshot data generated), we will refund the full amount within 14 days. If you have used the service, we may deduct a pro-rated amount for the days used. For subscriptions beyond the trial period, refunds outside the 14-day window are at our discretion.
Cancellation and data retention after cancellation
When you cancel, your dashboard remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days. After 30 days, all account data (including snapshots, trade history, connected accounts) is permanently deleted from active databases and from backups within an additional 90 days. Billing records are retained for 10 years as required by Portuguese tax law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, scrape, or replicate DeckLive in any form; (b) share your account with multiple users (each user must have their own subscription); (c) connect MetaTrader accounts that you do not have legal access to; (d) use the service to harm DeckLive infrastructure, other users, or third parties; (e) circumvent any security mechanism, including trial limits.
MetaTrader credentials and data handling
By connecting a MetaTrader account, you grant DeckLive permission to log into that account using the credentials you provide and to read account state at intervals as configured. We strongly recommend using your investor (read-only) password. You confirm that you are the lawful owner of the account or have explicit authorisation from the account holder.
No trading advice
DeckLive monitors and visualises your data; it does not recommend trades, predict markets, or provide investment advice. All trading decisions are yours alone. We are not responsible for trading losses incurred while using DeckLive or in spite of its alerts.
Service availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime. We perform maintenance, deploy updates, and may experience occasional outages. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, alert delays, or third-party outages (Stripe, Cloudflare, Resend, Telegram, broker servers, prop firm infrastructure). You must continue to monitor your accounts directly with your broker and not rely solely on DeckLive.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeckLive's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, lost prop firm payouts, or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to the service or terms
We may modify the service, pricing, or these Terms at any time. We notify registered users by email at least 30 days before any material change to pricing or terms. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.
Termination
You can terminate by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms DeckLive or other users. We will give reasonable notice except in cases of fraud or serious abuse.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
